About Me
I studied computer science at Smith College, graduating in 2015, and started my career at Goldman Sachs.
From there I joined Perka, an e-commerce startup later acquired by First Data. Within my first three months I stepped into the sole DevOps engineer role, keeping a critical application and its AWS infrastructure running across environments while managing Atlassian tooling, Puppet, and everything in between.
I moved to Boston to join IDEX Biometrics, where I got to build something from scratch: the full cloud infrastructure foundation in AWS and Terraform. I automated a lot of manual work along the way and converted several processes to serverless, which was genuinely fun to figure out.
Before going independent, I spent years at Bocoup consulting for organizations like MIT, Joylabs, and the W3C. The work was deep in the JavaScript stack, which kept me sharp on the web side while I stayed close to my infrastructure roots.
Now I'm based in the greater New York City area, focused on something I really care about: helping small businesses and individuals with no online presence get found, on the web and through AI search. A lot of people are doing great work that nobody knows about yet. I want to help change that.
