I'm based in New York, NY and work remotely with clients anywhere.

How much does a website cost?

A website starts at $500 for a one-time build. If you want ongoing support, the Build & Maintain plan is $500 upfront plus $49 per month for maintenance, monitoring, and priority support.

How long does it take to build a website?

Most websites are live within 3 to 5 days.

What technology do you use to build websites?

The stack depends on the project. What I can promise is that the code is always transferable and buildable.

What is GEO?

GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization. It's the practice of making your website visible and citable by AI systems like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews — not just traditional search engines. Where SEO was about ranking in a list of links, GEO is about becoming the source those AI models pull from and recommend. It involves structured data, clear authoritative content, and signals that help AI understand exactly who you are and what you do.

Do I need GEO?

If you want to stay ahead of the curve and capture the market from an AI perspective, yes. More and more people are finding businesses through AI search rather than typing keywords into Google. Getting in front of that shift now — before your competitors do — is how you claim that visibility while it's still wide open.

Working Together

Do I need to know anything about technology to work with you?

Not at all. You focus on your business and I handle the technical side. I'll keep you informed at every step without drowning you in jargon.

Will I own my website when it's done?

Yes. The source code is always yours. On the Website Only plan, we get your site up and running and then hand it off — maintenance going forward is on you. On the Build & Maintain plan, we manage everything until you decide to cancel.

What happens if I want to cancel the monthly plan?

No problem. We hand over all the code via GitHub and shut down hosting on our end. Your domain name is always yours and stays under your control throughout.

Can you work with businesses outside of New York?

Yes. I'm based in New York but collaborate remotely, so location is never a barrier.

What's the difference between the one-time and monthly plans?

The one-time plan is a single $500 payment to design and launch your site. After that, it's yours to manage. The monthly plan adds $49 per month for ongoing maintenance, content updates, uptime monitoring, analytics, and priority support — so you never have to think about it.
